French (Bombay) Toast

Ingredients
Bread 6 slices
Eggs 3
Milk 2 tbsp
Green Chilis 1 (finely cut)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Garam Masala 1 tsp.
Onions ⅓ cup
Peppers (green, red, yellow, all optional) ¼ cup

Preparation
Soaking/Dripping Notes: Soak bread pieces in the beaten egg mixture -- flip over on both sides until bread is well-soaked. After this, drain the mixure from the bread.
