French (Bombay) Toast
1 (finely cut)
Salt & black pepper
Peppers (green, red, yellow, all optional)
Beat eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper, and garam masala to the mix.
Sauté onions, green chilis, and peppers. Add to the beaten eggs and blend.
Pre-heat an oven to about 250 ° C.
Heat a pan or griddle with some oleo (vegetable oil, butter, etc.)
Soak slices of bread (cut to manageable sizes) and then let excess mix drip from the bread.
Transfer the soaked bread to the pan. Fry until golden brown, then transfer to an oven and bake for a few minutes.
