Black Bean Soup
1 medium, chopped
1 medium-sized, cubed
Cilantro, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Paste
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil and cumin seeds, add onions, green chili, and garlic paste, sauté for 5 minutes in medium flame until onions are golden brown.
Add potatoes & salt, cover and cook.
Once potatoes are cooked, add tomatoes and black beans and 4-5 cups of water. Bring mixture to boil.
Garnish with cilantro, lime juice, and black pepper.
