Serves 8-12 scoops. Alcohol prevents the ice cream from freezing too hard, can use other liquors as long as alcohol content is sufficient. Use ripe bananas to provide sweetness. Adapted from David Lebowitz's Blog
Melt chocolate & milk (place in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water, or in microwave)
Blend melted chocolate, Baileys, banana, and rum until smooth
Pour into container, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
