Banana & Chocolate Plus Rum Ice Cream

BCR Ice Cream

Chocolate (Bitter/Semi-sweet) 4 oz. (110 gm.)
Milk (Whole/Low-fat) 160 ml
Baileys Irish Creme 160 ml
Bananas (ripe) 2
Rum 30 ml

Serves 8-12 scoops. Alcohol prevents the ice cream from freezing too hard, can use other liquors as long as alcohol content is sufficient. Use ripe bananas to provide sweetness. Adapted from David Lebowitz's Blog
